I bought a figure from this seller earlier this month. I paid for two day shipping at checkout. Here it is, a week and a half later, I check back to find that the order's status was never updated and my item is out of stock. I doubt I'll be receiving my figure from them judging by the other feedback that has been left. This seller is a scammer and their site should be shutdown.

I bought a few highly wanted Entei items from this seller. A month went by with no communication on if my items were shipped or even payment received, and no items showed up. I finally got told to PM them about my order, so I did and got no response for another 10 days. The paypal 45 days came up so I opened up a dispute, another 10 days with no response, so I escalated it to a claim. I told them I would leave neg feedback. It's just sad that instead of getting the items I was very much looking forward to, I have nothing and have to leave this negative.

I ordered a figure from them on 9/9/11 clearly indicating what I had ordered in the memo box. I received an item on 9/26 but it was the wrong item, and not what I ordered. I contacted them promptly explaining the situation. On 10/1 I received a reply that they would send me a replacement figure and I could keep the one the sent me as an apology. I replied saying thank you so much. Then I contacted them again on 10/29 because I still had not received the correct item. Almost two months had gone by now. Finally, on 11/6 I said that I had sent them a pm with the intent of leaving them negative feedback within a week or so if they did not reply. And now here I am. It just seems ridiculous because it was not a very expensive item, and it makes me sad that I have to leave negative feedback for something so silly. It's just been too long with no contact or explanation.
