Purchased a copy of Leaf Green in May. It's January now. :(
A couple months ago I contacted them about it and they assured me they'd send it, but no luck.
I finally sent a couple more PMs the other day, with no response... I would still be willing to retract this negative in exchange for a neutral if I receive either my item or a refund.

months ago, like i dont know maybe 8 months ago now, i bought a single card from them. i had bought from them once before and was aware they were a slow shipper so i didnt worry when i didnt get my card right away. it wasnt until i messaged them asking about the status of my transaction that they told me they thought they mailed the card but found it in their car. i was fine with that. after all how hard is it to take something to the post office when it's already in the vehicle and ready to go? a couple weeks later i messaged again saying i didnt get the card. again they didnt mail it yet. they gave me some excuse about not being into collecting anymore but assured me i would get my card. well it's 8 months later and after many messages from me they still have yet to send me my card. they disappear a lot and make false promises. i used to trust this user, thats what sucks the most. In the first week of August, I asked to purchase an item. It was a few day transaction that could have been completed in a couple at most (but this is not why I am posting). My end of the transaction was complete!
Then mid to late August, I had not seen my figure, and PM them about the shipping arrangements , it took a very long time for them to respond (three weeks to be exact)! When they finally got back to me, kind of apologetic, and claimed that it was sent. They told me if it did not show to tell them and they would compensate with another item or my money back.
All through September, I sent them PMs about the item, that it did not show, that I would like to see what else they had to offer or if I could get my money back, but no response...
It had been all October, I waited for a response about all these questions, along with a PM to respond to me or I would leave neg. feedback. And even still, no response...
Now it is a week from November, and now I have grown impatient, and tired of waiting to even know, that she remembers about it!
My biggest problem right now, aside from the item not showing up, there is almost no communication!
