Citrusfied bid on a few items in my GA held here: http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/10572973.html
I've had issues with the user before on other sites and I knew of her negative feedback so I was a little wearing on letting her bid but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She spoke nothing of having no funds until I gave the notice that payment was due here: http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/10572973.html?thread=329062061#t329062061
On my payment post here: http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/10612993.html I gave an exact date and time as to when the cut off is. As you can see I was more than happy to wait, however, I had sent two other participants PMs about how payment was needed by the end of today or negative would be left so it would have been unfair to let her slide by, especially since she has done this before.

Citrusfied bid on a figure in the tissuepaperpet GA. (http://i56.tinypic.com/29yi0de.jpg)

The day after the auction ended, I made a post requesting payment from everybody. (http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/9408420.html)

Four days later I sent out a PM (http://i56.tinypic.com/212bic7.jpg) to the people who haven't paid yet. Two days after the PM was sent, I get a reply from citrusfied. (http://i56.tinypic.com/33kbsxc.jpg)

I then discussed needing payment within 24 hours (7 days after payment was originally due) and she tells me that I need to wait 5 days for payment. This is the rest of the conversation with her. (http://i52.tinypic.com/2j2wyec.jpg)

It has nothing to do with the amount of the item, just the fact that she didn't pay, nor did she discuss not being able to send payment right away. If she would have asked me if she could pay late, it would be different. The rudeness from her is another thing I didn't like. And the fact that she expected me to tell her what item she bid on, when it was in the spreadsheet the whole time and she's the one that bid on it in the first place.

Also, after telling me she couldn't pay me for 5 days, she made a post on the community looking for items.

I hosted the Captainangel Huge Tomy Lot GA as seen here - http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/9110225.html?page=1#comments

citrusfied bid on a few items but never raised past the start bid, even though these items were started by another user, i informed her that she'd need to raise her bid for it to count, but it seemed she didn't understand, even though i tried to explain.. and also told her to read up the GA rules on the front page..

Here's the specific GA rules i posted:

"Rules:
- I will be taking care of everything @__@
- There will be two payments, one will be for your claims + shipping to myself and the second will be the shipping to you.
- I will be claiming Hitmonlee & Quilava for $6 & willing to go higher.
- Each of these figures will start at $2.
- Please bid in increments of 1$ at least.
- NO SNIPING OR DELETING OF YOUR BIDS! "

so i don't understand how she saw that she "could have it" at the starting bid even when it was started...

As seen here -

http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/9110225.html?thread=269903569#t269903569

http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/9110225.html?thread=269915857#t269915857 - She replied to me here

She also asked me to quote shipping, and i answered honestly, that it'll depend on the weight of items won X how much she actually wins, I believe this is correct since if she won a lot it would change the amount, so instead of giving a definite and then it would be higher in the end, i chose not to say an exact amount

http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/9110225.html?thread=270371793#t270371793 - as seen here

and finally in the end she decided to pull out and back out of bids, some of which people had already replied to! I wasn't that bothered about the other stuff that much, i tried to explain and if she replied i would have explained in more detail for her... but this was the main reason i'm leaving negative, even if she's a new user, she clearly needs to check over the rules carefully especially the GA ones, as they effect more people if something like this happens. And this was an expensive GA...

http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/9110225.html?thread=271261905#t271261905 - Last comment recieved

So from now on citrusfied is banned from my future GAs, until further notice.
