Back on June 4th, 2009 I commissioned kolink for a custom piece of art featuring Giratina Origin Form. Here is the thread:

In the mean time, kolink made another post about premade custom art. I fell in love with their version of Giratina Another Form and I went ahead and bought it too:
Time came and went, kolink had some real life issues arise. One day in chat once things settled down for them, kolink linked me to the pencil art of the Giratina Origin Form they were working on for me...Adorable art I must say, I was super excited!!
My memory gets a little foggy from there, but I sort of recall kolink making a comment that they knew they still owed me the art. That was the last I heard about the art I had purchased. It has been a year now and nothing...and to much time has gone by for me to file a Paypal dispute. It is partly my own fault for not being persistent enough...

On June 9th, 2009 kolink replied to my sales post in regards to a card I wanted and I took up her offer of the card shipped in a bubble mailer with a doodle on it for $3.00. Soon after she posted some pre-made laminates for sale on pkmncollectors and she said she would make me a mini Sky Plate Arceus laminate if I bought the Arceus one since I was very tempted to buy it in the first place but was low on money. The offer was very convincing so I paid for the Arceus laminate to be shipped with my card. The Sky Plate laminate I never saw, but I shrugged since I know better than to complain about not getting something that I didn't pay for and the artist had no obligation to make so I literally just forgot about it until I just now pulled up the thread, but I digress.
Later in June 2009, kolink took on laminate commissions over on poke_arts. I wanted to help her and she still hadn't mailed my stuff, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to commission her for a couple of laminates (in this thread right here): Falkner with Pidgeot and Winona with shiny Swellow. The former I eventually did see a completed scan of and I loved it. On July 07, she responded to my sales post asking if I would trade a Lucario kid for a custom laminate; I agreed to the trade and mailed it out with my next batch of shipments.
Sadly my memory of the events after this is very fuzzy, but I do remember getting very impatient after not seeing any sign of my laminates other than Falkner finished with and my original purchases from the beginning of June still not being mailed out, so I filed a dispute with paypal threatening that I would raise it to a claim if I didn't see any progress. I got a response from kolink what she was having troubles and I felt bad so I revoked my dispute (which I now realize the stupidest thing I could have ever done in this situation) and a few days later kolink posted pictures of commissions to pkmncollectors. I was happy to see progress, but... they weren't what I had originally asked for. I asked if the birds I requested in the first place could be added and she said yes, and after a few months (October I believe) of asking about the progress of my laminates I eventually saw cellphone or webcam (I don't remember other than low quality) pics of the birds' lineart on their respective laminates. I don't even recall if I ever saw them colored, as every time I asked for pictures since then I never saw them.
It is now June 11, 2010, one year since I first sent kolink money, and I have yet to have anything I paid for in my hands. She's promised to mail my stuff by specific dates countless tiems over the past months and has made several excuses as to why she couldn't mail out my package when she's mailed out salespost packages, and it's upsetting and I daresay not fair that I have had to wait this long for laminates I've really been looking forward to displaying with my collection when she's clearly been to the post office to mail other things.

On April 23rd I purchased a flareon disc from kolink and paid for it on the same day. Weeks go by and I haven't gotten my item so I attempt to contact her using LJ's messaging system May 16th. I wait 3 days and receive no reply despite seeing her posting around LJ. I understand how LJ's messaging can be unreliable so I sent her the following message to her PayPal email:
I sent you a PM on LJ three days ago and haven't heard back from you and since I've been seeing you posting around LJ, I am assuming that you did not receive it?
I bought the flareon disc off of you on April 23rd and still have not gotten it. When was it shipped out and when can I be expecting it?
The same day she responds with this:
"hi ritzy sorry I didnt respond, my emails and PMs have been really wacky, I actually will be shipping it this week and will let you know when I do<3"
In order to ship it by that week, she would needed to have sent it somewhere from that day, the 19th, to Saturday the 22nd. On the 25th I decided to email her again asking what day it was shipped out so I know when to expect it since she had not emailed me to say when it went out like she said she would. I receive no reply in 24hrs yet I see her posting around LJ so I take it upon myself to thread hi-jack as you can see here:
After my final comment she emails me the following:
"Hi, sorry about all that. I got your email I just wasnt in a rush to respond to it because there was no way I was going to be able to ship it today anyway ;_; I assure you you'll get it though, thanks for your understanding"
To which, I call her on her already broken promise and give her an out so none of this negative feedback needs to happen by sending her the following:
"On May 19th you said you would be shipping it that week. With all due respect, if you can't get it shipped out by this week for whatever reason then please just refund me my $8 in its entirety as I'd rather have my money back than a rare flareon item to remind me of this hassle."
To that, I got the one line response of, "I'm sorry its been a hassle, I really didnt mean for it to become one"
I have not heard from kolink since May 26th. I filed a PayPal dispute on June 4th asking her to refund my money by today and I would close the dispute and not leave her negative feedback here. I also stated I would do the same if I happened to receive the item.
Very obviously I have not heard from, gotten my money back, nor received my item from kolink. I have now escalated my claim and it is currently under review by PayPal.

I bought a Zubat plush from her 5 months ago, and after messaging her about it, she prommises to get it sent out within the month. But months later, and still nothing. So i PM her asking for a refund, giving her my paypal and total she owed me. But a week later and nothing, no money, no reply, yet ive seen her buying and making posts on the com all week, dispite i sent her ANOTHER note again. |:
Just discusted and frustrated at the wait ive had to endure to get a plush i really wanted, now just to get my money back.

kolink asked for a hold for two pokedolls on August 25th until September 5th. I agreed, as I had no previous unpleasant experiences with them and it was a committed hold rather than a "maybe." The 5th came and went, and after seeing them participate within the community that day, I waited one more day before following up via another comment, but did not get a response. Two days later I sent them a PM attempting to follow up, but that also did not get a response.
On September 12 I posted a sales update to the community, and they finally responded asking for the shipped total. I literally responded 8 minutes after they posted the comment, but I did not receive payment nor any reply. Finally, today I responded to a comment they left in the community and a few hours later I finally received a comment indicating that they now only wished to buy one of the two pokedolls "if it's okay."
I was very frustrated because this whole ordeal lasted one day short of three weeks, and up until today there was no indication that their intended purchases had changed at all. In response, I told them to forget about the transaction, as I am not okay with my hold policies being taken advantage of and explained why I did not want to conduct further business with them. They then responded seemingly shocked at my skepticism about them not being notified of any of my comments, my lack of motivation to enter into a transaction in which the buyer is displeased with the item even before it's shipped out, and the fact that "otherwise, just let me know! [about the shipped price]" excluded violating community policies, in addition to a couple of other catty remarks for good measure.

Purchased two Pokédolls, Palkia and Lucario on the date of November 30th. There were two follow-up PMs, in January and February. Additionally, there was a follow-up response from the seller in May in which they stated they would mail the Pokédolls during that week. I have yet to receive the items. I have included excerpts of all correspondence between myself (buyer) and the aforementioned seller, [info]kolink. To date, 182 days have elapsed since the Original Transaction.
I am sorry also and yes i know i had my selling permission taken away quite some time ago but it does not mean I don't want to clear up my business with members from before when i did have permission. I don't want to get banned from the community and never meant to inconvenience any body.
