I really didn't want to have to do this and will revoke the negative if the situation is ever resolved, because rentorar has been very nice and apologetic to me but... I feel this has gone on for too long now and I need to do something about it.
At the beginning of the year I participated in a GB for some bound balls but they never arrived. rentorar offered a refund that I never got. I made a post about wanting some Abra goods and she showed me some that she had, so we made a deal that she would send me the items instead of the refund, to make up for the money lost.
Months and months passed and I kept sending messages. Some didn't get a response so I had to keep poking constantly, especially since I saw her posting around still too. She offered some extra freebies to make up for it but I never got those either. She also admitted to sending out packages for recent sales/GAs but forgot about mine despite the fact I'd already been waiting for months.
Eventually she said she would give me the refund and send the items too. I felt she might actually do it this time because she told me I would get my refund within a few hours but I still haven't received anything, refund or goods. :/
It wasn't even that much money and I don't really care about the items anymore, but I would like to just get one or the other so I can put this behind me.

This member rentorar http://rentorar.livejournal.com/ is the only seller I have had a problem with in this community. I bought 15 marbles from this member. I paid the following day after I had been given my total. That was on 24th Nov 2010, after not having arrived 6 weeks later I contacted this member asking where they were. They did not reply until I sent another message after I got no reply to the first one. The reply was to tell me that they had yet to be sent out. I did not receive the marbles until the 15th of Feb 2011, some 11 weeks after I had paid. When the marbles arrived there was only 12 of them meaning that 3 of the marbles I had paid for had not been sent. I contacted the seller about this and again have not had a reply. I understand that sometimes there are delays to posting items but this was beyond a joke especially when the seller never contacted me to keep me informed and also has not sent me all the items I paid for. I will not be having anything to do with this member in the future.
EDIT: Refund for missing marbles was sent.

I have a couple of things to say about rentorar as well. Before I begin, this is NOT a negative and rentorar has been very nice to me about everything, though I feel like my dealings with them should be added to this...
I also had a lot of difficulty keeping contact with them. Surprisingly, it was comments that they never responded to, and the even weirder thing was that they were responsive to others who commented after me and/or in the same posts. It took what felt like a couple of weeks to get in touch with them about a payment THAT I OWED THEM, not a payment they owed me (the customs fee for the bell keychain GA to be specific) and to hear back about items in their sales post. The reason I had waited on sending the fee in the first place was because I wanted to know if I could combine my customs payment with said items.
They made a couple of posts after these events and I tried reminding them to get back to me every chance I could. Eventually, I PM'd them instead and got a very quick response which contained an apology and stated that they would include the items I had asked for as freebies with my keychains since it took so long to get back to me. I was very OK with this and sent the customs fee finally.
I eventually received my keychains, but... the freebies were missing. I understand that they were free and I shouldn't be too miffed about it, but they were supposed to be an apology for being so iffy with communication, so you can imagine how I felt to see them missing. ._.; I PM'd them about this and they were very apologetic again and said they would send out the missing freebies ASAP.

On the 6th September 2011; rentorar posted their Wantslist.
I responded; saying that I had a Wartortle eraser & dice that I no longer wanted. I also found another item in a charity shop that I thought they would like and picked it up for them (thread here: http://pkmncollectors.livejournal.com/10186669.html?thread=314994093)
I asked them again if they were interested in the items; not thinking much of it as when i have dealt with rentorar before she can be a little slow but always paid. She said she was; and that she wanted to check my Sales Post update.
So I updated my Sales; and didn't hear from her again.
I have PM'ed her a few times; but have not heard anything back.
I haven't seen her post any more to the comm either.
I'm more worried than angry; and I hope she is OK.
For now; the negative stands- if she comes back and explains (and pays); then I will change this to neutral.

I bought a bunch of Cactus items from her, and a Golem TFG.
It took a great number of months to get my Cactus goods, and i still didn't get my Golem TFG. She offered me a refund because she had problems finding it or some thing? But i really wanted it, so i was fine to wait.
She then sent me a message saying shes found it, and will ship it out 'next week'. But next week never came, and its been god knows how many months. She then wanted to trade some cards with me for a figure, and said she'd send my trade out 'next week'. But again, next week never came, and its been 2 months now.
She also bidded on a pog i had up for auction, and after saying ''ill send payment tomorrow'' for the last 3 times ive contacted her about it, i still don't have my payment, and its also been 2 months now.
I am fed up with waiting for my items and payments.
If you're reading this Rentorar, PLEASE send them now :( And ill happily retract this negative feedback.
