They committed to my Pokemon Time Budew Cushion about a month ago and supposedly sent payment the next day. When I said I had not received payment, they said they forgot the y at the end of the email and would have to call paypal and get everything sorted out first but would stay in touch. That's fine, I don't mind waiting, but they haven't responded to me since then. I messaged them over a week ago saying that if they did not get in touch with me soon then I would have to leave negative feedback because they committed to the item and I have not received payment or even an update on the situation from them. I am willing to change this feedback in the future if anything about the situation changes. (permalink)

Member claimed items from my August claims post. Total was given on September 6th and it has been over 2 days with no payment.
When claiming items, it is important to understand that the seller has purchased all items ahead of time. This means that payment is needed ASAP after a total is given. My rules state payment is due within 24 hours.
Edit 9/15/15: I commented again and offered the user one last chance to pay for their items despite not hearing anything from them for 10 days now. The wrote back saying they had never received my original request for payment, and never contacted me or wrote to me because they were offended by my negative feedback and "threat." I have no idea what threat they are referring to as standard procedure is to leave the option open for buyer to purchase their items and have the feedback revised.
I understand LJ hiccups, and if the user had just come forward and told me what happened, I would have completely revised feedback. Not contacting me at all, when I have purchased items in advance, is completely disrespectful and inexcusable. This user is banned from all future claims and sales posts of mine.

Treating me and scolding me like a child- is inappropriate in general. Lecturing me on top of that -> I did send a comment- but I'm guessing since that I didn't get mine, this seller didn't get theres. Yet instead of explaining it I was too busy being scolded at over and over again Thus I don't want to deal with this person ever.
